About Me
Hi! I'm Melissa, a Board Certificated Health Educator and Coach with a graduate degree in Behavior Change Science. My passion is to educate and empower women to find confidence through healthier relationships with food, their bodies, and their soul.
My Journey
With over a decade of experience, and over 4,000 hours of coaching experience, my journey has been driven by a relentless pursuit healing for myself and others. I've healed from challenges such as disordered eating, binge eating, and body dysmorphia, and found true food freedom by establishing healthy food mindsets. I've also faced the challenges of Endometriosis, Celiac Disease, and multiple autoimmune conditions, which deepened my understanding of how to navigate women’s health conditions.
